Andrew’s experience includes +25 years with working across various industry sectors such as the logistics and supply chain sector, Emergency Services and Health Services sectors nationally. Andrew has significant senior management experience leading industry partnership agreements and managing service delivery contracts with government and commercial partners representing both commercial and NFP health and emergency service operators. Career highlights include the implementation and leadership of various COVID-19 Health Emergency Services, Federal and State Government Engagement, including the negotiation of Federal Government Grant funding to expand emergency aviation services across the NT. Andrew has previously held senior executive positions with CareFlight, Aspen Medical, TNT and the Royal Flying Doctor Service. Andrew recently established his own Government Relations and Business Advisory firm - APACT Consulting.
