Arden is an experienced disaster and climate resilience professional who has worked across charities, research, and the private sector.

In her time at Red Cross Emergency Services, she led the COVID-19 emergency food relief program for Victoria. While working in the private sector, Arden has facilitated public-private partnerships that center community outcomes in the management and planning of infrastructure.
