Tiger Dams - Aus Flood Control

Tiger Dams are an easily deployed, portable and reusable flood control system. Filled with water and anchored in place, they are an effective barrier against river flooding, storm surges and storm water. After use, fill water can be recycled, and dams cleaned and rolled up for storage and re-use.

A cost effective alternative to sand bags, a Standard Tiger Dam replaces the equivalent of 500 sand bags without minimal environmental impact.

They can also be used for potable water storage, retention dams, erosion protection, irrigation channels, sewerage spills and HAZMAT containment. Tiger Dams can also be filled with sand or concrete for semi-permanent uses such as levee topping.
