Tickets to the welcome function are included in full registrations only.
Half day workshops are available at an additional charge to both delegates and non-delegates. Book early to avoid disappointment as workshop places are limited.
Please note that it is essential for all participants including invited speakers, delegates and presenters to register.
Early Bird Registration
A discount is available for registrations received and paid before 28th March, 2014. Registrations not paid by that date will be re-invoiced at the standard rate.
Concession registration is available for full time students and unwaged persons. A $100 discount will be applied to the full registration only (not including the presenter and day rate).
Once registration is received a confirmation email and tax invoice will be issued. All accounts must be paid in full 30 days from the invoice date or 10 business days before the conference start date, whichever comes first. The organisers reserve right, without notification, to cancel outstanding accounts anytime after 30 days from date of tax invoice being sent.
All registrations received after 26th April 2014 must be paid in full by credit card only. If payment is not received prior to the conference, access will be granted only after full payment is made via credit card only.
CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS:
A full refund less a $150 service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before 28th March 2014. Registration cancellation received between 29th March 2014 and 14th April 2014 will receive a 50% refund on the registration fees. No refunds will be issued after 15th April 2014. Non payment does not constitute cancellation.The conference committee understands that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge.

Accommodation - All accommodation bookings will be subject to the individual hotel cancellation policy. Please contact the conference secretariat for the hotel cancellation policy
AST Management and the Conference Secretariat will not share your details and will send conference messages only via email.
It is strongly recommended that delegates have travel insurance to cover medical and travel expenses. The conference does not endorse or have any arrangements with any companies.
